Interactive Book: Final Report (GSoD 2020 - Daniel)

This is the final report for Google Season of Docs 2020 project CircuitVerse Interactive Book Consolidation and Improvements Proposal abstract CircuitVerse is an open source project aiming to provide a platform where circuits can be designed and simulated using a web-based graphical user interface. The logic simulator can be used to design up to complete CPU implementations, although it is designed primarily for educational use. Besides the technical documentation for the software, an online interactive book guides the user in learning digital logic design.

User Documentation: Final Report (GSoD 2020 - Pragati)

Final Project Report Overview My project focused on creating videos and documentation for CircuitVerse (CV) User Documentation. This documentation encompassed all aspects of the CircuitVerse simulator, aiding educators (the primary audience) in teaching digital logic design through computer simulations with ease. I was tasked with creating one explainer and multiple learning videos for different features and functionalities of the platform, aiding user technical literacy, and updating and creating new user documentation.

Simulator Code Refactor: Final Report

This is my final blogpost regarding GSoC 2020 and I will try to summarize everything I managed to accomplish while working on this amazing project. I think everyone will remember the summer of 2020 for their entire lives because of the stuff that happened this year but for me it will be extra memorable because of this great journey. Mobile App: Final Report

GSoC 2020 is nearing its end. I’m glad to say that I’ve met all the goals as planned in the beginning. You can find out about it in my previous blog posts here. Mobile App: Phase 2 Report

The second evaluations happened from July 27th to July 31st, I Passed!!! This blog post comes as a summary to the work done in the second phase of Google Summer of Code. API Enhancements This phase i worked on improving the APIs, with projects & authentication enhancements catching the limelight. Projects Enhancements Collaborators for Projects were added in include options while fetching projects. An attribute is_starred was also added signifying the starred status for the authorized user.

Status: passed  This blog summarizes the work done for the second phase evaluation of the Google Summer of Code program under the organization CircuitVerse as a part of the “Enhancing Simulator User Interface” project.  Project 1: Color Themes  Overview: This Project aims to bring themes to the CircuitVerse’ Simulator application. The main inspiration for this project is to let users have options for the look & feel of the interface that they work on, one main aspect of this project is to make the simulator usable, more accessible to the color blinded users.
